RECAP OF 2007 MEETING MINUTES AS POSTED ON OLD FORUM

Meeting called to order by: Vice President Short

Minutes of previous meeting: Read & approved

Treasures report $ 1845.70

Old Business:
1.) Playoff Awards for 2005 are ready tonight.


New Business:
1.) Dues $25.00 payable tonight. Checks preferable, payable to BCFOA or cash are acceptable. Make sure you get a receipt for cash.

2.) Split the pot tickets available $1 ea. or 6/$5

3.) Elections will be held on 8/28/07. Nominations will be taken until 8/21/07. Nominations by writing or an e-mail to a board member.

4.) Playoff self nomination form must be filled out and submitted to be chosen by the association.

5.) First Friday bands will be given to every official in the association. First Friday date is 9/07/07

6.) I need a list of every crew member and open/closed dates if you have not sent to me prior.

7.) Anyone who worked playoffs last year I need your selection of plaque or vest.

8.) Discussion concerning MyOHSAA

9.) Gary Duncan will discuss Butler County Hall of Fame

10.) Check the roster sheet that is going around and I will update the website.

11.) POS and other equipment sales
