Meeting called to order by:   

Minutes of previous meeting: Passed

Treasures report $ 3735.98

Old Business:
1.) I need a list of every crew member and open/closed dates if you have not sent to me prior.

2.) Dues $30.00 payable tonight. Checks or money order only. No cash 

3.) Split the pot tickets available $1 ea. or 6/$5

4.) August 24^th, 2009 . If anyone is interested in running for any office please e-mail me or any other board member.

5.) Playoff self nomination form must be filled out and submitted to be chosen by the association.

6.) First Friday bands are available to every official in the association. First Friday date is 9/04/09

New Business:

1.) Jason Fancett will have a short presentation on the BCFOA Website

2.) If you worked the playoffs last year please let me know if you want  plaque or shirt.
